End-to-End Data Centre Delivery
From the first site survey to final handover, we deliver every stage of data centre infrastructure, combining civil engineering, construction and mechanical and electrical expertise in one integrated team.

We prepare data centre sites for construction, including earthworks, access roads, foundations, drainage, duct networks and utility diversions, even in difficult ground and weather conditions.

Hyperscale Data Centre Campus, Ireland
Enabling works on a 350-acre hyperscale campus, including a new 900 m access road with full infrastructure and services.

As main contractor, blu-3 delivered 19,200 m² of roadways, site security fencing and landscaping to a tight schedule.

Garrison Data Centre, Birmingham
